BASAGRAN 48 SL is selective herbicide to control broadleaves weeds in a variety of crops and rice, early post-emergence.
BASAGRAN 48 SL contains bentazone, which acts as inhibiting photosynthesis in photosystem II, inhibiting the transport of electron, the accumulation of CO2 and the formation atoms of active oxygen. So, it inhibits the growth, causes damages on plant tissues and steers to the death of plants.
Bentazone is assumed by the leaves and transports to the plant through the cells and the vessels, appearing general acropetal movement.
