Emulsifiable concentrate (EC).
Pyrethroid insecticide, with contact and stomach action. It acts on the nervous system of insects, preventing the closure of Na+ channels in the axons of nerve cells. This results in a continuous neuromuscular transfer of messages, leading to overstimulation, paralysis and death of insects. It also has a feeding blocking effect.
